Why work here
A job you can plan a life on.
Most cleaning work is paid by the job and stops when the client cancels. Ours is a salary.
A salary, not a gig
Paid every two weeks, for full days, whether or not a client cancels that morning.
Travel time is paid
The drive between two homes is work. It is on the clock.
Six paid weeks of training
You learn the 38 points beside a crew lead before you clean a home alone.
The same partner
Crews are two people who stay together. You are never sent alone to a first visit.
Health cover
Medical and dental from the first day of your third month.
Supplies and a van
We bring the products, the vacuum and the car. You bring care.
