No. Most clients give us a key, a lockbox code or a concierge note. Every cleaner is background checked and we are insured and bonded.
Yes. Products, cloths, vacuums and mops are included in the price. If you prefer a product of your own, leave it out with a note.
Yes. You are assigned a crew of two who come back every visit. If one is away, your crew lead covers.
