We clean the empty home to the standard an inventory check expects: inside every cupboard and drawer, appliances, windows from the inside, floors, walls spot-cleaned.
If the landlord flags something within 72 hours, we come back and put it right at no charge.

Inside every cupboard and drawer, appliances inside and out, windows inside, skirting and sockets.
- Second half
Kitchen and bathrooms
Oven, hob, extractor, fridge and freezer defrosted if switched off the night before, limescale and grout.
- Before leaving
Photos for your file
Every room is photographed, time-stamped and emailed to you the same day.
