We count the panes with you and note cracked glass or failed seals before we touch them.
- Inside
Glass, frames and sills
Glass washed and bladed dry, frames and sills wiped, tracks vacuumed.
- Outside
Reachable panes
Ground and first floor with a water-fed pole. Screens brushed and refitted.
- Before leaving
The light test
Each pane is checked against the light from inside. Streaks get a second pass.
