Building dust gets everywhere and keeps falling for a day. We vacuum with HEPA filters, wipe every surface, then come back the next morning for the second pass. Paint spots and sticker residue come off too.

A short video call
Show us the rooms so we bring the right vacuums, blades and the right number of people.
- First pass
Dust, top to bottom
Ceilings, walls, ledges and inside cupboards with HEPA vacuums, before anything gets wet.
- Second pass
Glass, tiles and floors
Plaster and paint spots bladed off glass, grout haze lifted, floors washed twice.
- Before leaving
A walk with your builder or you
We go round together. Anything on the list that is ours gets done before we go.

After the last trade has left and before furniture arrives. Dust settles for a day, so not the same afternoon.
For most jobs, yes. After full plastering we recommend a lighter second visit a week later.
Bagged dust and packaging, yes. Rubble and timber need a skip.
