These are the terms for using this website and booking a clean. It is sample text: replace it with your own terms before you publish.

Booking

A request sent through this website is not a confirmed booking. The slot is yours when we confirm it by text or email.

Prices

The price shown on the quote is for the rooms and the frequency you picked, for a home in normal condition. If the home is very different from what was booked, we tell you the new price before we start.

Moving or cancelling

You can move or cancel a visit free of charge up to 24 hours before the slot. After that a part of the price may be charged.

If something was missed

Tell us within 24 hours of the visit and we come back and put it right at no charge.

Keys and access

Keys and codes are kept under a number, never with your address, and are returned when you ask.

Changes
